Shark Aware Course

This course will teach you all you need to know about shark conservation, their biology and special techniques for diving with sharks in the wild.
Our dedicated team at Roho will then take you on an amazing dive in the Caribbean Reef Exhibit at Blue Planet Aquarium home to Europes largest collection of sharks.
Half an hour dive in the Caribbean Reef Exhibit.
Lectures on Shark Biology, Diversity of Sharks, How to Dive With Sharks in the Wild and Conservation.
This course is a distinctive Speciality course with accompanying Speciality certification card.
The Shark Awareness course is open to divers qualified to PADI Open Water or above, BSAC Ocean Diver or any other equivalent diving body certification.
Points towards PADI Master SCUBA Diver certification
The cost of this experience includes use of Roho Diving Equipment if required.
Divers must have logged a dive within six months prior to their dive date.

RoHo Photo Talk with Paul Duxfield
12th October at 7pm
Come on down to RoHo on the evening of the 12th October for a fun filled evening, kicking off with a talk by Duxy on getting started in underwater photography, looking at what matters, keeping costs down, techniques etc.
Followed by a Q&A session with the Blue Duck Photo Team and carrying on into the pub after 9pm.

Sea Shepherd Talk: Global Campaigns and Ghost Nets
Thursday 9th November at 7pm
Phil McManus, Sea Shepherd UK Senior Volunteer and campaign veteran will be giving a presentation about Sea Shepherd's global activities, their work with Ghost Nets in UK waters followed by a Q&A.
Sea Shepherd merchandise will be available at the event.
